Cancellations and Returns
Orders can be cancelled if their products have not yet be delivered. Once products are delivered to the users account, they are no longer permitted to cancel. Any returns after that are handled on a case-by-case basis. Within reason, we will do what we can to ensure customer satisfaction. Unless there is something wrong with the purchase, we are generally unable to offer refunds.
Upon receipt of the product, in case of non-functionality, for example, being out of order or short delivery, you are required to send us a written notices to email: ecommerce@planetcomm.com within seven days after such receipt. We are pleased to provide you free of charge repairing service, or any replacement with similar product or make a new delivery.
Quality assurance warranty
We provide you a product warranty on quality assurance covering telecommunication devices and systems, wire and wireless, video conference, IP Phone, satellite communication devices, high frequency radio wave, broadcasting and cyber security for 1 (one) year or more. The warranty period depends on the additional warranty period you paid for, starting from the date of receipt of product.
Exclusions on Product Warranty
1. We serve the right to accept providing the product warranty for customers in compliance with our instructions only
2. Our responsibilities on product warranty exclude any defections caused by customer’s change, modification or repair or incompliance with the manufacturer’s instructions
3. Legal Provisions
– Our responsibilities include any repair, replacement or fund return under ourterms and conditions only.
– Our responsibilities exclude any loss, damage, or cost arisen from customer’s incompliance with our instructions.
– All contracts shall be governed by Thailand laws. Thailand court has legitimate mandate for giving sentence or judgment, based on Thailand’s judicial process.
Repairs
– In case of repair, you can directly contact our Customer Relations at telephone number 02-792-2460 on Monday-Friday (except public holiday) during 09.00 hrs. – 18.00 hrs.
– In case that the product is in the warranty period, our staff will go to receive the product for replacement or repair and return it to you. Transportation cost will be charged upon return of the repaired product which the repair cost depends on the product warranty.
– In case that the product is in the warranty periodbut it cannot been repaired and recovered, we will replace it by any same or similar model or propose the customer to upgrade for the superior model which any extra cost will be paid by the customer which a prior notice of such cost will be always given.
– In case that the product is out of the warranty, you may deliver or receive the product for replacement or repair by own or may have our staff to receive or return it to you. In this case, the transportation may be charged for receiving and returning the product.
– In case that the product is out of the warranty, we shall estimate the repairing cost and provide you the information. Repairing shall be done after receiving your confirmation and acceptance on the repairing cost only.
